Canada shuts out USA in Game 2February 8, 2010 The Canadian senior men's national team defeated the United States for the second time in as many days with a 3-0 shutout victory Monday morning in Chula Vista, California. Scott Tupper, Philip Wright, and Dave Jameson all scored for Canada. Tupper, of Vancouver, opened the scoring in the 26th minute on a well executed penalty corner. Wright doubled the lead four minutes into the start of the second half. Jameson sealed the victory with a field goal in the final minute of the game. The Canadians will resume training this week before again playing the U.S. on February 13th and 14th.
