I combined my experience as a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach with my profession as a dietitian to specialize in nutrition for athletic performance. I taught sport nutrition at the University level, completed my graduate degree research on the unique issues surrounding female athletes and became very involved with many elite/professional athletes as a consultant and educator over the years. My experience has included a leading role in the 2010 Winter Olympics, and I continue to work with the International Olympic Committee as a consultant and professionally guide a variety of athletes including Women’s Field Hockey.

I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking with my dog and all outdoor activities. I show-jumped horses for almost 20 years, and I look forward to returning to the sport some day. I enjoy travelling whenever possible – whether it’s New York for the weekend or adding a vacation to conferences I attend in Europe.
