My Life

I attended Regiopolis Notre Dame Catholic School in Kingston, ON and recently transferred to University of British Columbia from Boston College to play full time with the National Team. I am currently in the Faculty of Arts and hope to become a teacher.

My mother Diane (nee Coffey) is a teacher at West Point Grey Academy, and a former long jumper on the Canadian Track and Field Team who attended the University of Tennessee. My father Mike was drafted in the 1st round (5th overall) by the Colorado Rockies in the 1978 National Hockey League (NHL) draft and is now the General Manager of the Vancouver Canucks NHL team. My older brother Max attends school at St. Lawrence College in Kingston in hopes of one day becoming a veterinarian and my younger brother Spencer is in grade twelve at West Point Grey Academy in Vancouver.

I enjoy going to the beach, skim boarding, snowboarding, ice hockey and eating Choco Swing Milka bars.

Education

High School: Regiopolis Notre Dame Catholic School

University: Boston College & University of British Columbia

Role Model

I have been most inspired by my father for his hard work and success, I most admire my mother for her competitive drive, constant encouragement and her ability to do anything she sets her mind too.

I would like to thank my brothers for always supporting me and especially to Spencer for moving out to Vancouver to help me pursue my dream.
