Field Hockey Background

All three of my older sisters played field hockey in highschool so I naturally followed in their footsteps. I first started playing in grade 8 for Sir Winston Churchill Secondary. I've loved it ever since.

Coaches: Hash Kanjee, Krista Thompson, Sheena Scott, John McGillvray

Favourite Moment with Team Canada

In the dressing room before games I get to DJ our team pump-up music with my really cool am/fm stereo.

Proudest Moment

My proudest moment was representing Canada at the Commonwealth Games in Dehli, India. It was my first major games and I was so proud to be able to represent my country at such a large event.

My Life

I am the youngest of four, I have three older sisters who all played field hockey and are all avid runners. My mom and dad have both run numerous marathons and half-marathons.

My hobbies include cross country skiing, enjoying Salt Spring Island, emceeing weddings, dogs and anything involving peanut butter.

Currently I work part-time doing behavior intervention with an autistic child, and after my field hockey career I would like to pursue a masters in Public Health.
