Member of the senior national team since 2002, when she competed in the warm-up match versus South Africa in Manchester, England, just prior to the 2002 Commonwealth Games…member of the junior national team from 1998-2001…coached by Sally Bell (previously coached by Hash Kanjee from 2000-2004)...joined Meraloma Club in 2007 (previous clubs are University of British Columbia and the Vancouver Hawks)...trains in Vancouver, British Columbia...suffered a torn cartilage in her wrist in April at the 2000 Junior Pan Am Championships resulting in surgery in August 2000, and returned to play by October 2000; re-injured her wrist in August 2006 while playing in France, having another surgery in November 2006, returning to play in January 2007 for the national team while in South Africa...was introduced to the sport by her mother, a former national team member - started playing for the Vancouver Hawks when she was age 8, and first played in the Vancouver Women's League for the Ramblers when she was age 13...
