Finished 5th at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil…team member at the 2005 Junior Women's World Cup in Chile...member of the senior national team since 2006 (junior national team from 2004-2005)…first senior international cap was the 2006 UK Tour in Cardiff, Wales…currently coached by Sally Bell since 2006 (previous coaches include Hash Kanjee with the Junior National Team, Sharon Rajaraman, and Jennifer Gillan at Bluefield Highschool)...trains in Vancouver, Canada...was introduced to field hockey at age 14 when her family moved to Hamilton, Ontario and she decided to try out for the highschool team...most inspired by her legally blind grandfather who still lived alone, walked, drove a boat, skied, biked and played basketball with her...most admires her family for pushing her so hard to reach the elite level...named to the CIS First Team All Canadian in 2003-2004...dreams of going to the Olympics Games. |
