Rachel Donohoe’s career has been anything but steady with the senior national team. She got her senior debut in 2012 and followed it up with appearances in 2013 and 2014. She then took 2015 and 2016 off, playing for the University of British Columbia Thunderbirds and played a season abroad in Germany for the Alster Hockey Club. She made her return to senior competition in 2017 and has since beet a staple up front for Team Canada.
Currently, Donohoe plays for HK Leuven in Belgium alongside Canadian teammates Amanda Woodcroft, Brie Stairs and Steph Norlander.
