Isabelle Fraser is a member of the Women’s Jr Development Squad. She began playing field hockey when she was 8 years old after her parents signed her up to expand her sporting horizon beyond just soccer. Her first ever field hockey coach was current Men’s National Team manager Celia Plottel.
Izzy as she is known to her teammates, was born and raised in Vancouver, BC where she plays her club hockey for Hawks FC. She plans to attend the University of British Columbia when she graduates high school.
Fraser’s proudest field hockey moment was winning a silver medal at the 2015 U16 National Championships. She was also a member of the gold medal winning Team BC at the 2016 National Championships in Brampton, Ontario.
