| Field Hockey Background: |
- "I started playing field hockey when my uncle started coaching an Under-10 Hawks team. We used to play on thick grass at Trafalgar Park from April to June. Eventually, I played for the British Columbia Provincial Teams in the summer seasons. I also played for a touring team called the Stellar Jays that went to tournaments in California and Florida. Since I started playing, there has been a lot of opportunity for travel!"
- Selected in the Junior Women's National Team for the 2000 Training Tour to Cuba.
