- "I started holding a field hockey stick when I was 4 years old, watching my parents and my sister play at the fields. I started playing on my sister's team at the age of 7. I played with the Richmond Club all the way through until the end of the U-18 league and have been playing on the British Columbia Provincial Teams and Zone Teams for the past several years. I am currently a member of the UBC Thunderbirds."
- Selected in the Junior Women's National Team for the 2000 Training Tour in Cuba.
