  • Toon`s present club, HC `s-Hertogenbosch, was vice champions of the Dutch league in 1999-2000.

  • Toon' speciality is the penalty-corner. He was the inventor of Bram Lomans's corner and that earned him the nick-name of "penalty-corner guru". He was also involved in developing the penalty corner of Ageeth Boomgaardt, one of the Dutch women internationals.
