- Chief Medical Officer at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney.
- Medical officer at the Pan American Games in 1987 (Indianapolis) and 1995 (Mar del Plata)
- Chief Medical officer at the Pan American Games in 1983 (Caracas) and 1991 (Havana).
- Chief Medical Officer at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur.
- Canadian Team physician at multiple World Cups and World Cup Qualifiers.
