Field Hockey Background: |
- Started playing field hockey at age 16 in Toronto;
- Represented Ontario from 1982 to present;
- Played in all Senior National Championships since 1983, winning 6 times (1983, 1985, 1992, 1994, 1995 and 1999);
- Played in the National Team from 1984 to 1989, then from 1992 to 1996;
- Assistant Coach of the University of Toronto for 13 years (U. of T. always qualified for CIAU Nationals and won 2 National titles, in 1992 and 1996);
- President of Field Hockey Ontario since 1998;
- Assistant Coach for the Junior National Team at the 2000 World Cup Qualifier in Chile (3rd);
